    The title is ambiguous and could suggest that these are requirements for injured workers to return to work. I would like to clarify that these are requirements on employers to protect injured worker’s right to return to their job.

      It seems to be requirements for the employer and employee to work together to get the employee back to work and to full duty.

      Workers have to be willing to go back to work and employers shouldn’t be firing people on injury claims.
