The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) claims that Russian naval infantry units have confirmed they are using prohibited chemical weapons in the village of Krynky, located 30 kilometers northeast of Kherson, the ISW said in their latest assessment on Dec. 23.

    Yet riot control gas is perfectly fine for police to use against civilians? Or is that a different formula?

        When it was lastly used in Slovenia, it was said that’s not a chemical weapon classification. That’s why I wonder whether that formula differs. And yes, it’s nasty regardless of classification.
