I would say that it is not perfectly fine for police to use that stuff either. It’s some nasty shit and its potential harm is extremely understated.

When it was lastly used in Slovenia, it was said that’s not a chemical weapon classification. That’s why I wonder whether that formula differs. And yes, it’s nasty regardless of classification.
