Hi Guys, I have been enjoying this game but just want to know how many hours more to complete so I can budget for new games (time wise)

I am currently at Boklad trying to cross the border where goetz lost his Traders Pass.

It shows 64% complete with 24hours played so far.

How long do you reckon it will take me to complete the story now?

For what it’s worth, my end of year Wrap Up says that I played it for 80 hours. I did all the side missions, but none of the time trials and only got 59% of the trophies.

Oh dayum. I am actively avoiding looking at trophies so I don’t get any spoilers. I will checkout the trophies once I run through the main story once.

Simple maths also say so approximately.

It will also depend on the style of play completionist, main story only, main+side, etc.

Actually I haven’t play FF XVI yet. So “I don’t know” will be my best answer.

As someone who played at release that sounds vaguely correct. I also found a random let’s play that gets to boklad on episode 63/90 so you’re about 2/3 through

2/3 is pretty accurate, including side quests, quest 48/68 is the one that takes you to Boklad.

IIRC, that’s the next to last area setting. Depending on how far you are through the quests, there, you’re 1/2-2/3 of the way through.
