Registered nurse practitioners who run private clinics in Saskatchewan say they could play a larger role in health care if they could bill the province for services.

They should bill the province directly, they should also be public clinics.
Private healthcare has no place in a civilized society.
If they are providing services that other medical professionals can bill for and are qualified and licensed to provide those services, then I don’t understand what the problem is. That should have been just a given.
