Mohammed Ghobadlou was an Iranian protester who was executed by the Iranian authorities on January 23, 2024. He was accused of killing a policeman with his car during a protest in 2022, but his trial was widely criticized as unfair and his mental health condition was ignored. He was part of the Women, Life, Freedom movement, which demands more rights for women in Iran. His execution sparked outrage and condemnation from human rights groups and activists
