So many problems in one it’s incomprehensible.

• A non-functional fire alarm and sprinkler system
• Inadequate interim alerting procedures
• Not being aware of disability conditions for specialized safety provisions
• Terrible egress system that technically functioned but only discouraged people to go out from there in emergency
• Fire extinguishers not inspected and made to code.
• A building electrical set up that essentially encouraged fire-causing extension cord configurations that only is exacerbated the old building wiring itself.

This was a building waiting to burn down and kill people.
