A second B.C. real estate agent has been ordered to pay more than $30,000 for failing to notify his clients about an impending special levy before they purchased a condo in White Rock.
he should have had to pay the special levy himself. $30,000 is too little. The levy was around $60k. It’s his job to give his clients what he what he was selling.
This was done completely on purpose. The realtor should lose their license permanently and be heavily fined and jailed.
