The bylaw says no one “shall organize or participate in a nuisance demonstration" within 100 metres of a place of worship, and it is "not intended" to prohibit peaceful protest.

    No freedom of religion without freedom from religion… would an “Atheists’ Lodge” get this special protection too? Something tells me ‘no’.
