    Determining when someone is acting in bad faith or deliberately lying is often much easier said than done

    • Easy for me but then I went to school for many many years.

      I don’t know, once every court to hear Trump’s bogus election challenges threw them out for lack of evidence, seems pretty easy to know the election denialists were proven liars. Ban them all at that point.

      Let science, peer review, and the law decide, case by case.
