Hostile architecture is among the symptoms of the hostile modern city, where neighbours never say hi, and people die on the streets as people walk passivly by.
Apartments do use wheelchairs tho
I’m aware. You will find that wheelchairs don’t go over sleeping bodies very well either. When they are found at apartment doors in major cities, usual tenants have an access card that will lower the pylons for entrance.
And, to be honest, I’ve seen people sleeping between the poles, so. Whatever I guess.
