The same sense of having "known" (yada/יָדַע) an individual group, person, or god is not merely a vague awareness of existence, but a relative form of intimacy. https://biblehub.com/hebrew/strongs_3045.htm In Exodus 6:3, Elohim says that as YHWH He had not been known to the Patriarchs. https://biblehub.com/text/exodus/6-3.htm The Patriarchs were aware, however, of the existence of a "god" named YHWH, at least as early as Genesis 4:26, long before Moses and YHWH "knew" each other. https://biblehub.com/text/genesis/4-26.htm This difference is further evinced in the knowledge of Israel by YHWH, Who, claims to not have "known" any other nation as of Amos 3:2.  Obviously, YHWH is quoted often of being aware of other nations. Not known: Exodus 6:3 HEB:  נוֹדַ֖עְתִּי KJV: JEHOVAH was I not known to them. Known: Amos 3:2 HEB:  יָדַ֔עְתִּי KJV: You only have I known of all the families In Genesis 3:7, Adam and Eve are said to have become "known" that they were naked.  After this, they sew together leaves to cover themselves.  This covering is more likely to have been a weaved blanket than loincloths.  YHWH calls, and they hide from Him.  The fruit of the Tree Of The Knowledge Of Good And Evil is considered the cause of the revelation of "knowing" their nakedness. Until this point, YHWH had not commanded that His creation "be fruitful and multiply", and the very terminology used in being "fruitful" ought not be lost in translation. YHWH then affords His people with tunics made of hide, and banishes them from the Garden Of Eden. Adam "knows" Eve's nakedness again, and she is or becomes pregnant. According to scripture:  "Now the man knew Eve his wife conceived and gave Cain and said 'I have got a man from [or with] YHWH'". https://biblehub.com/text/genesis/4-1.htm The characteristics of Cain are similar to the Jealous God.  It is also through the lineage of Cain that the Watchers, Nephilim, Giants, and Azazel are born. Whether Abel was Adam's son is of little interest, since he has no progeny, and appears to live only to exemplify the contrasting differences of his brother.  The Jealous God is graceless in refusing a gift from His firstborn, who then, in a fit of - you might have guessed it - ***jealous ***rage, kills his brother. Seth is the first child that is obviously and unambiguously Adam's.  The divine influence from the breath of YHWH through Adam and Eve, and into Seth was less pronounced than the divine insemination of Cain's lineage.  YHWH is quoted as saying "not strive my Spirit man forever also he is flesh become his days hundred and twenty years", indicating that the life expectancy of the lineage of Seth would decline to as much as 120 years.    https://biblehub.com/text/genesis/6-3.htm

According to ancient Judaic texts, democratic will is not superior to correctness. Amen, I say to you how many if you shall bind on the Earth, shall be bound in Heaven; and how many if you shall loose on the Earth, shall be loosed in Heaven. https://biblehub.com/text/matthew/18-18.htm Again, Amen I say to you that if two might agree of you on the Earth about any matter, that if they shall ask, it will become for them from the Father of Me Who is in Heaven. https://biblehub.com/text/matthew/18-19.htm Where for are two or three gather unto the My Name there am I in midst of them. https://biblehub.com/text/matthew/18-20.htm This statement is neither that YHWH/Jesus is somehow more present to gathered people, or is less present to a single individual.   This expression is in direct opposition to the superiority of minyans (most generally minimums of either 7 or 10 adult males in agreement), and the authority of "Rabbinic" law. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minyan Minyans had been required by Rabbinic (Pharisaic) law to perform priestly blessings according to interpretations of  Leviticus 22:32  And I shall be sanctified in the midst of the children of Israel and  Numbers 16:21  Separate yourselves from the midst of the congregation. Within this context, YHWH/Jesus is speaking directly to "The" - and not "some" - disciples.  By this, it may be inferred that His audience is the close inner social circle including some of the 12 apostles, and/or other close associates.  To these intimate companions He is conferring confidence in their judgement of His will - especially when agreeing amongst themselves - and assurance of special consideration due to their exceptional experience of Him. By this means of accordant accession, many of the inaccuracies of Herod, Saul, Constantine, and others may be excluded from consideration. SHABBAT SHALOM!

Codex Ephraimi Rescriptus is a fifth-century Greek manuscript of the Bible, that is in tortured condition, including holes from "bookworms". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codex_Ephraemi_Rescriptus “The damage to books that is commonly attributed to ‘bookworms’ is, in truth, not caused by any species of worm. Often, the larvae of various types of insects including beetles, moths and cockroaches, which may bore or chew through books seeking food, are responsible.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bookworm_(insect) The text has been bound and unbound more than once, "washed" at least twice for the crossed-purposes of both removing and enhancing its characters, written over by a later scribe with The 38 Treatises by Ephrem the Syrian, and it is difficult to discern the appropriate order of its leaves. A numerically ordered (though not necessarily accurate) “Index” from the Codex Ephraimi Rescriptus is as follows: https://i.imgur.com/UcJt1ta.jpg What I have discovered - by interpreting the bookworm holes within it - is that for a considerable amount of time, some of its order was as presented here: https://i.imgur.com/EMOn8eH.jpg https://i.imgur.com/PMgr7zO.jpg

According to ancient Judaic texts, there very few means of procession from life into eternity: 1. Ascension - the individual is so perfectly acceptable that they are taken directly to Heaven without ever experiencing the First Death (corporeal death/death of the body) or the Second Death (incorporeal death/death of some "spirit"). 2. Holy martyrdom - individuals who gain acceptance by and into Elohim through dying. Experience of the First Death without experience of the Second Death. This is a resurrection apart from what was claimed by Matthew:52-53. 3. Acceptance after First Death. The individual dies, awaits Judgement Day, and is deemed acceptable without having to experience the Second Death. 4. Resurrection - very few individuals received the First Death, were patiently resting in the bosom of Abraham, and then were resurrected and presumably ascended directly to Heaven. Matthew 27:52-53 does not expound further on the ventures of the Zombie-Jews. 5. Direct damnation - it seems to appear in both Enoch and Revelations that Azazel/Azrael was condemned to Sheol/Hell directly without losing bodily form, will be released upon the Earth for a limited time, will then "be defeated", and then condemned to the Lake Of Fire eternally. 6. Judgement - for those requiring more consideration, a First Death is experienced, then judgement of the "spirit" that remains, resulting in a temporary refining that removes "spiritual" impurities in the Lake Of Fire, before eternity begins in Heaven. Ancient texts repeatedly and often express that Hell/Sheol/Gehinnom is only temporarily endured by most: ------------------------------------ First Book Of Enoch, Chapter 3 "The blind sheep were brought there, and were judged and found guilty, and were thrown into that abyss of fire on the earth, and burnt. The abyss was on the right side of that house. And I saw the sheep burning, and their bones dissolving. ... Then all who had perished [in the Lake Of Fire in Sheol] and had been destroyed, all the wild animals, and every bird of the sky, assembled in that house, while the Lord of the sheep celebrated because they were all good, and had returned to his dwelling." ------------------------------------ The Book Of Enoch CH.27 Then said I: 'For what object is this blessed land, which is entirely filled with trees, and this accursed valley between?' Then Uriel, one of the holy angels who was with me, answered and said: 'This accursed valley is for those who are accursed for ever: Here shall all the accursed be gathered together who utter with their lips against the Lord unseemly words and of His glory speak hard things. Here shall they be gathered together, and here shall be their place of judgement. In the last days there shall be upon them the spectacle of righteous judgement in the presence of the righteous for ever: here shall the merciful bless the Lord of glory, the Eternal King. Here shall they be gathered together, and here shall be the place of their habitation. In the last times, in the days of the true judgement in the presence of the righteous for ever: here shall the godly bless the Lord of Glory, the Eternal Kin. In the days of judgement over the former, they shall bless Him for the mercy in accordance with which He has assigned them (their lot).' 5. Then I blessed the Lord of Glory and set forth His ⌈glory⌉ and lauded Him gloriously. https://www.sacred-texts.com/bib/boe/boe030.htm ------------------------------------ The First Book Of Adam And Eve, Chapter 71, Verse 2: "'Since, when at first, I ate of the tree, He drove me out of the garden into this strange land, and deprived me of my bright nature, and brought death upon me. If, then, I should do this, He will cut off my life from the earth, and He will cast me into hell, and will plague me there a long time." ------------------------------------ ODE 31. 1 The abysses were dissolved before the Lord: and darkness was destroyed by His appearance: 2 Error went astray and perished at His hand: and folly found no path to walk in, and was submerged by the truth of the Lord. 3 He opened His mouth and spake grace and joy: and He spake a new song of praise to His name: 4 And He lifted up His voice to the Most High, and offered to Him the sons that were with Him. 5 And His face was justified, for thus His holy Father had given to Him. 6 Come forth, ye that have been afflicted and receive joy, and possess your souls by His grace; and take to you immortal life. ------------------------------------ 4TH maccabees, Chapter 5, Verse 18: "And with his bodily frame already in dissolution this great-souled youth, like a true son of Abraham, groaned not at all; but as if he were suffering a change by fire to incorruption [fire as the purifying element to the soul], he nobly endured the torment..." ------------------------------------ "For we mean by eternal life that life where there is endless happiness." - Augustine "Endless happiness" is not the biblical or actual definition of "eternal life". "For if the soul live in eternal punishments, by which also those unclean spirits shall be tormented, that is rather eternal death than eternal life." - Augustine "Eternal death" is an internally incongruous term. Augustine may as well refer to "dry rain" or "cold fire". ------------------------------------ Of the man Christ Jesus, the mediator between God and men According to ancient Judaic texts, Sheol was not a place of permanence long before YHWH became Jesus. The dead slept awaiting Judgement Day (purification, if need be) in the Bosom Of Abraham (Sheol). Jesus was not the first Jew to be reincarnated or resurrected and/or ascended. John The Baptist was a reincarnation, and following the death of Jesus, Matthew reports that the "Saints" of Jerusalem rose from their graves (and presumably ascended shortly after). ------------------------------------ That Jesus is declared to be the only means by which any human can "go to" Elohim, is a product of direct intervention by YHWH. YHWH chose to directly - that is, in "person" - intervene in the affairs of humans. He literally set up camp on and "Lorded over" Mesopotamia, first in immortal form as YHWH upon the Mercy Seat, and later in mortal form as Jesus. The other host of Elohim were somewhat accessible, but rarely in physical form. Elohim had promised to maintain favour for Ishmael and his descendants (who are considerable as Arabia). ------------------------------------ The "ministry" of YHWH/Jesus is a religion that precedes the Great Flood. Jesus took a Priesthood "in the Order Of Melchi Zedek", to which He was inducted by John The Baptist, and which precedes the establishment of and Covenant with Israel. King (hebrew: Melchi) Zedek was the first King and High Priest of Salem (Jeru-salem: Yireh- "the abiding place" and -Shalem "Place of Peace"). In this return to earlier Mesopotamian culture, a much broader scope of religion was again acceptable to YHWH/Jesus. It is within these contexts that YHWH/Jesus is the intermediary that salvages people from the Lake Of Fire. ------------------------------------ Virgil Æneid 6.733 et seqq [1st Century BCE syncretism] Hence wild desires and groveling fears, And human laughter, human tears, Immured in dungeon-seeming night, They look abroad, yet see no light, Nay, when at last the life has fled, And left the body cold and dead, Ee’n then there passes not away The painful heritage of clay; Full many a long-contracted stain Perforce must linger deep in grain. So penal sufferings they endure For ancient crime, to make them pure; Some hang aloft in open view, For winds to pierce them through and through, While others purge their guilt deep-dyed In burning fire or whelming tide. ------------------------------------ "But temporary punishments are suffered by some in this life only, by others after death, by others both now and then; but all of them before that last and strictest judgment. But of those who suffer temporary punishments after death, all are not doomed to those everlasting pains which are to follow that judgment; for to some, as we have already said, what is not remitted in this world is remitted in the next, that is, they are not punished with the eternal punishment of the world to come." - Augustine According to ancient Judaism, temporary punishments following death - the most common route of experience from mortal death to Heaven - are not applied prior to Judgement Day. Those who have no purpose such as the saints who enjoy 1000 years with Jesus/YHWH on Earth and a Holy War, simply sleep in the Bosom Of Abraham until Judgement Day. Then, some people - many previous atheists - may be adjudged as not requiring the Lake Of Fire, while others, receive the same purifying elements but for different reasons and durations. Augustine is, however, astute enough to realize that "of those who suffer temporary punishments after death, all are not doomed to... ...eternal punishment". ------------------------------------ Isa. 46:24 ”their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched.” Mark 9:47-48 “It is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hellfire: where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.” Ecclus. 7:17 “The vengeance of the flesh of the ungodly is fire and worms.” These descriptions do not include nor necessitate eternal punishment. The elements that are necessarily eternal within these texts are the elements of torture - the worms and fire - which must be eternal to exact the most grievous of punishments against those who have committed blasphemy against Elohim. One might imagine the worms and fire that have already purified lesser sinners who have been "saved" from Sheol, then attending to Azazel and his peers. They would accumulate all of the elements of the tortures of others, that their influence had some part in corrupting - each new worm or lick of flame a reminder that someone else has attained Heaven with Elohim, the eternal pleasure the eternally damned have forfeited. Dan. 12:1–2 “At that time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” This "time" may be at the start of the Holy War. That would explain the severe dichotomy between two states, if it be two. It may also be three states: 1) everlasting life, 2) shame, and 3) everlasting contempt. These two or three states do not account for those Saints who have already ascended from the first resurrection (of 29CE) and personal redemptions. ------------------------------------ A baptism by spirit and fire, is a dark symbolism. The "salvation" afforded by Jesus - that is, YHWH as a human - is from the Lake Of Fire in Sheol. It is not automatic avoidance of the Lake Of Fire entirely, but the possibility of being retrieved from it after purification, if necessary. ------------------------------------ "...eternal life is... ...the one object for which we are Christians." - Augustine The "object" of "Christianity" is not "eternal life" (to become so pure as to avoid either the First - mortal - Death, or the Second Death that is permanent purity from a temporary purification in the Lake Of Fire). Ascension is certainly an object of Judaism - and the ultimate achievement possible, perhaps excluding holy martyrdom - but it is not the primary goal. The ultimate goal of Judaism is not the prizes and hierarchies of zealous achievement, but to maintain struggle toward the same. "For we mean by eternal life that life where there is endless happiness." - Augustine "Endless happiness" is not the biblical or actual definition of "eternal life". "For if the soul live in eternal punishments, by which also those unclean spirits shall be tormented, that is rather eternal death than eternal life." "Eternal death" is an internally incongruous term. Augustine may as well refer to "dry rain" or "cold fire". They would accumulate all of the elements of the tortures of others, that their influence had some part in corrupting - each new worm or lick of flame a reminder that someone else has assented into a bliss that the eternally damned will never enjoy. ------------------------------------ But temporary punishments are suffered by some in this life only, by others after death, by others both now and then; but all of them before that last and strictest judgment. But of those who suffer temporary punishments after death, all are not doomed to those everlasting pains which are to follow that judgment; for to some, as we have already said, what is not remitted in this world is remitted in the next, that is, they are not punished with the eternal punishment of the world to come. Augoofstine is, however, astute enough to realize that "of those who suffer temporary punishments after death, all are not doomed to... ...eternal punishment". ------------------------------------ Dan. 12:1–2 “At that time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book. These two or three states do not account for those Saints who have already ascended from the first resurrection (of 29CE) and personal redemptions. Of the resurrection of the flesh, which some refuse to believe, though the world at large believes it Augustine appears to omit the resurrection of the dead found in the Gospel Of Matthew. This is most peculiar, and being of - to wit - the 5th Century CE, ought to be later than any fraudulent inclusion within the biblical record. ------------------------------------ The 9 And A Half Tribes 40-45 (truncated) By the decree of the Lord they are handed over alive to Gehenna. ... Then the Holey Ones wil enter the ancient bosom of their mother. So that whom the Evil One has persuaded may also be refreshed. He will torment them with various punishments so that they may believe in Him. Then comes in the end the time for temptations to be removed from the world. The Lord will begin to give judgement by fire. ------------------------------------ History of Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi (Ma‘aseh De-Rabbi Yehoshua‘ ben Levi) 14:2 Many pits of fired are open and they rise up and consume the wicked.e 3 After they consume them, they rise up on their feet from the fire and fall down and are burned (again). ... 8 Angels stand here with their staffs and throw them upon the fire and all of them are burned. ... After this, they bring the wicked out of the fire as though they were burned, but the fire had not touched them at all. 12 Then they burn them again, and thus they do to them seven times—four by day and three by night. ------------------------------------ Tractate on Gehinnom (Masseket Gehinnom) 6 1 Chapter three: 2 It is taught: Three descend into Gehinnom and do not ascend—the one who commits adultery, the one who exposes his neighbour in publicg and the one who swears falselyh in the name of the Lord. 3 There are those who say: also the one who glorifies himself through the disgrace of his neighbour,i and the one who becomes entangled between a man and his wife in order to bring strife between them.j ------------------------------------ Babylonian Talmud, Chapter 11 It reads [Isa. v. 14]: “Therefore hath the deep enlarged her desire, and opened her mouth without measure (chok).” Said Resh Lakish: It means him who failed to perform even one (chok) law of the Torah. Said R. Johanan to him: Your saying is not satisfactory to their creator. Say the reverse, even he who has studied but one law does not belong to the Gehenna. ----------------------------------- In What Manner Is the Punishment of the Grave? (Ketsad Din Ha-Qever) 1:1 His disciples asked Rabbi Eliezer: “In what manner is the punishment of the grave?” 2 He said to them: […] and half of iron and strikes him. 3 One time his limbs were taken apart […] and from his tongue […] and revile people, and so it is with all of them. 4 Rabbi Meir says: The punishment suffered in the grave is worse than the punishment of Gehinnom. 5 […] from this originates what the sages said: The generation comes […] even the generation in Babylon. 6 The one who dies on the eve of the Sabbath does not see the punishment of the grave. 7 […] from the womb, this is the punishment of Gehinnom. 2:1 Rabbi Hiyya expounded: The leech has two daughters, “Give! Give!” 2 Rabbi Elazar said: Two bands of angels of destruction stand over the entrance of Gehinnom and say: “Give! Give! Bring! Bring!” 3 Why is it called Gehinnom? It is a valley where all its dead walk from one end of the world to the other.c 4 Why is Gehinnom also called Tofteh? Because everyone who is enticed by his inclination enters there.d 5 Rabbi Yohanan began with:e There are seven divisions in Gehinnom. 6 Each division has thousands of compartments, and in each compartment there are seven windows. 7 In each window there are thousands of vessels of poison. 8 They are all destined for the officers, the scribes, the judges, the heretics and the apostates. 9 Not one of them will escape unless he possesses Torah and good deeds. 10 After this, He has compassion over his creatures, as it is said, For I will not contend forever and I will not always be angry, for the spirit would grow weak before me and souls I have made. 3:1 Sevena descend into Gehinnom and these are they: the judge, the butcher, the clerk, the physician, their scribes and the teachers of young children. 2 If they do (their duty) for the sake of heaven, they all descend and ascend, except three who descend but do not ascend—the one who exposes his neighbour in public, the one who calls his neighbour a name and the one who commits adultery.b 5 1 At the time that a person is convicted for punishment, they deliver him to angels of destruction. 2 They seize him and lead him to the court of death, darkness and shade, as it is said, May their way be dark and slippery. 3 Not only this, but they push him into the midst of Gehinnom, as it is said, And the angel of the Lord pursues them. 4 When a person dies and is put on a bed, the ministering angels walk before him, and people walk behind him. 5 If people say about him: “Happy was so-and-so, this one was good and praiseworthy in his lifetime,” the ministering angels say to him: “Write it down,” and he writes it down and they sign. 6 Not only this, but two ministering angels escort a person at the moment of his death and they know whether he stole or withheld or denied a debt.k 7 Not only this, but the beams and stones of a person’s house testify against him, as it is said, A stone from the wall will cry out, etc.l 8 Whoever repented is brought to Gan Eden, but if he died without repentance, he is brought to Gehinnom.m 9 When a person dies, they bring him to Abraham and Isaac and they say to him: “My son, what have you done in the world from which you have gone out?” 11:10 Rabbi Eleazar said: Poverty is harder for a person than the punishment of Gehinnom, as it is said, Did I not refine you, etc., I tested you in the furnace of poverty:c 11 because the Holy One, Blessed be He, recovered every good reward to give them to Israel, but he did not find anyone learning Torah except the poor who are in the midst of poverty.d 12 None of them have anything to eat and because of this they are afraid of the Holy One, Blessed be He.e ------------------------------------------- Legend of Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi (ʾAggadat Rabbi Yehoshuaʿ ben Levi) Aramaic Recension 1:2 There are many pits and lions of fire rise up there. When people fall there, the lions consume them. 3 After the fire destroys them, they rise up as before and are cast into the fire of every compartment of the first division. ... 12 After the wicked were placed to be struck and burnt, they went out from the fire as though they were not burnt, but again they return and strike them, and so they do to them seven times by day and three times by night. 7:5 Regarding all the seven thousands who are in every division: they punish all the wicked with the former punishment. ------------------------------------------- A common error made by interpreters and translators of ancient Judaic texts is to conflate "eternity" or "eternal life" with "everlasting" or "never-ending life". "Eternity" is a timeless state that begins after life on Earth. Ever-lasting or never-ending life also includes eternity, but the connotation is that the life begun on Earth does not come to an end in either the First or Second Deaths. Ever-lasting or never-ending life is reserved only for those who receive ascension directly to Heaven (or perhaps "descension" to the Lake Of Fire). A person who lives, does not die, and is taken to Heaven has not "tasted of death"; unlike a person who lives, dies twice, and then begins an eternal life. The "salvation" afforded by Jesus - that is, YHWH, become human, and having experienced the First Death - is from the Lake Of Fire in Sheol. It is not automatic avoidance of the Lake Of Fire entirely, but the possibility of being retrieved from it after purification, if necessary. ------------------------------------ 1 John 3:15 "Everyone who hates is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining [abiding] in him." Even to those who are mistaken about the temporary nature of Hell for most, "eternal life" is "remaining" in everyone according to ancient Judaic texts. To their errant perception, "eternal life" is either eternal life in Heaven, or eternal life in Hell. Politicians such as Augustine created fictions such as "eternal death" - a definitive oxymoron - to bolster that confusion. Hate and murder are not the same - except in a "spiritual" sense - and were routinely mercied sins to the perspective of Jesus, Israel, and other proper Jews. The only sin that was said to be unforgivable was blasphemy against Elohim. He who not is with Me against Me is, and he who not gathers with Me scatters. https://biblehub.com/text/matthew/12-30.htm Because of this I say to you, Every sin and blasphemy shall be foregiven the people, the moreover of the Spirit blasphemy not will be foregiven. https://biblehub.com/text/matthew/12-31.htm And whoever if speaks a word against the Son Of Man it will be foregiven him; whoever now speaks against the Spirit the Holy, not it will be foregiven him, neither in this the age, nor in the age to come. https://biblehub.com/text/matthew/12-32.htm Here, there is definitive expression from YHWH/Jesus that only few individuals will be eternally damned, and that there is forgiveness both during and AFTER life.

The Wycliffe Bible, translated directly from the Latin Vulgate in 1382, uses the word "adultery" 41 times, and Matthew 5:27-28 are rightfully not among them: Genesis 39:10, Leviticus 20:10, Numbers 5:13, Numbers 5:15, Numbers 5:27, Jeremiah 3:8, Jeremiah 3:9, Jeremiah 5:7, Jeremiah 7:9, Jeremiah 23:14, Jeremiah 29:23, Ezekiel 16:38, Ezekiel 23:37, Hosea 1:2, Hosea 2:5, Hosea 3:3, Hosea 4:2, Hosea 4:12, Hosea 4:13, Hosea 4:14, Hosea 4:15, Hosea 4:18, Hosea 5:3, Hosea 5:4, Hosea 7:4, Hosea 9:1, Matthew 5:32, Matthew 19:9, Matthew 19:18, Mark 10:11, Mark 10:12, Mark 10:19, Luke 16:18, John 8:3, John 8:4, 2 Corinthians 2:17, 2 Corinthians 4:2, 2 Peter 2:14, Wisdom 4:3, Wisdom 14:24, and Sirach 23:23. Matthew 5:27-28,32 Wycliffe Bible (WYC) 27 Ye have heard that it was said to old men, Thou shalt not do lechery. 28 But I say to you, that every man that seeth a woman to covet her, hath now done lechery by her in his heart. In verse 32, John Wycliffe translates three separate distinctions: fornication, lechery, and adultery: 32 But I say to you, that every man that leaveth his wife, except cause of fornication (ΠΟΡΝΕΙΑ, ΠΟΡΝΙΑ, tnə’āp̄, תִּֿנְאָֽ֑ף, πορνείας, porneias) maketh her to do lechery (ΜΟΙΧΕΥ, μοιχευθῆναι, moicheuthēnai), and he that weddeth the forsaken wife, doeth adultery (ΜΟΙΧΑΤΑΙ, ΜΟΙΧΑΤΕΑΙ, ΜΟΙΧΑΤΕ, μοιχᾶται, moichatai). Tyndale 1538, The Great Bible 1540, The Bishops Bible, The Vulgate, Codices Vaticanus, Sinaiticus, and Washingtonianus are in perfect agreement; the man who has lusted after a woman has done ΜΟΙΧΕΥ, which is lechery, and NOT ADULTERY. Porneias (erroneously equated with "fornication" by Wycliffe) is: - the only justification of divorce instigated by a husband that does not cause his ex-wife to commit adultery. https://biblehub.com/text/matthew/5-32.htm - pre-meditated. https://biblehub.com/text/mark/7-21.htm - an infidelity from which children may be born of different fathers. https://biblehub.com/text/john/8-41.htm - something that people are able to abstain from [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/acts/15-20.htm https://biblehub.com/text/acts/15-29.htm https://biblehub.com/text/acts/21-25.htm - the marriage of a father and his daughter (infidelity to family) [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/1_corinthians/5-1.htm - something that may be avoided, and is harmful to the body (infidelity to self) [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/1_corinthians/6-18.htm - in opposition to or conflict with monogamy [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/1_corinthians/7-2.htm - a practice that may be repented of. https://biblehub.com/text/2_corinthians/12-21.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/2-20.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/2-21.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/9-21.htm - natural to the human condition [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/galatians/5-19.htm - a crime and/or sin that may exclude someone from their lineage (infidelity to Judaic law) [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/ephesians/5-3.htm - to be condemned [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/colossians/3-5.htm - something that abstinence from sanctifies an individual to the will of Elohim (infidelity to self) [according to the Impostle Saul]. https://biblehub.com/text/1_thessalonians/4-3.htm - a crime and/or sin that will enrage the gentiles against Babylon. https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/14-8.htm - INFIDELITY. https://biblehub.com/text/1_corinthians/6-13.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/17-1.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/17-2.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/17-3.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/17-4.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/18-3.htm https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/19-2.htm Adultery is always an infidelity. Infidelity is not always or often an adultery. Lechery is always an infidelity to the faithful, but it is never an adultery in and of itself.

"The elder shall serve the younger": Esau (later, Edom), was the firstborn of Rebekah and Isaac, with Jacob (later, Israel) born holding the heel of his twin. The name Jacob means "he grasps the heel". It has since become a Hebrew idiom for deceptive behavior. Jacob/Israel was the preferred child of their mother. Esau traded the birthright of the firstborn to Jacob for a bowl of pottage. In failing age, Isaac intended to bless Esau with the birthright if it was the will of Elohim. To test if it was the will of Elohim that Esau should be blessed with the birthright, Isaac asked Esau/Edom to hunt wild game (venison, or "benison" meaning "blessing") with which to prepare his favourite stew. Rebecca overheard Isaac instructing Esau and instructed Jacob to quickly slaughter two baby goats from the farm. She prepared goat stew for Isaac in secrecy, and dressed Jacob in furs to create the perception in the blind Isaac that Jacob was his hairy brother Esau, returned from a successful hunt. Jacob/Israel delivered the meal, and was awarded the birthright through deception. The "nations" of Esau/Edom (Idumæans) and Jacob/Israel (Israel) continued to have an inequal relationship until Herodians - Idumæans, and therefore ineligible authorities of Israel - killed off the rightful heirs in the Branch prophecy. As I have posted previously, there is only one list of the “Ten Commandments” in the Bible. The “Ten Commandments” are only recorded in Exodus 34, immediately preceding instructions as to how to build the Ark Of The Covenant for their storage. The Tenth Commandment is found within verse 26: "Not boil a young goat in its mother's milk." https://biblehub.com/text/exodus/34-26.htm It is from this prohibition that later interpreters - having lost the knowledge associated with the dietary restriction - proscribed that Jews must not eat meat with milk. Dietary restrictions in Judaism are almost exclusively symbolic for the purpose of teaching a moral lesson. The Tenth Commandment is no exception. Isaac had the intention of asking the will of Elohim by means of a sign - whether or not Esau's hunt was successful - to decide which of the brothers ought to be considered the rightful heir of the firstborn blessing. Rebekah preferred Jacob, and conspired with him to circumvent the will of Elohim through deceiving her husband Isaac. Rebekah and Jacob were under considerable time constraints. If Esau took game quickly, he may return in time to receive the blessing, or to foil their plans. Even though pressed for time, and only needing to produce a single bowl of stew, Rebekah specifically insisted that Jacob must kill a second baby goat. This was necessary to her ritual, wherein the two baby goats were symbolic of the brothers, Esau and Jacob. This idolatry or witchcraft was for the express purpose of ensuring that the desires of Rebekah and Jacob would be held most important - irrespective of loyalty to the will of Elohim. The symbolism of "mother's milk" (the influence of the mother) cooking the two babies in same pot as indistinct from each other, is obvious when realized. Rebekah sowed many seeds of emnity within her own family. Esau was sure to return (whether successful or not), and Isaac was certain to realize that he had been tricked by his wife and son. This schism lasted - culturally - at least until (and contributed to) the fall of the Second Temple. Thou shalt obey the will of Elohim.

Some ancient Mesopotamians circumcised their male cattle. I suspect that this tradition was primarily Jewish discipline to excessive interpretations of Genesis 17:10 ("...every male shall be circumcised..."). While this may have also aided in identification, male cattle circumcision was doubtless intended for similar purposes of human circumcision - behaviour modification. The foreskin protects the glans (or "head") from drying, exposure, and subsequent desensitization. Removal of the foreskin dries, exposes, and desensitizes the most sensitive part of the penis. Not only is there a loss of mass in the removal of the foreskin tissues, but also a loss of mass from the drying of otherwise "plump" genital tissues. A significant amount of sexual pleasure is lost due to male circumcision, and some amount of aggression (or assertiveness) is also thereby conditioned. This loss of willfulness may be less distracting from other interests, such as religious discipline. Saul is useful in affording accurate context to the practical purpose of circumcision: Romans 2:25 "For circumcision indeed profits if thou keep [the] law..." The Story Of Ahikar is a delightful work containing ancient wit likely by the chancellor of Assyrian kings Sennacherib and Esarhaddon that is of great service to this study. Chapter 2, Verse 5: "O my son! get thee a fat ox with a foreskin, and an ass great with its hoofs, and get not an ox with large horns, nor make friends with a tricky man, nor get a quarrelsome slave, nor a thievish handmaid, for everything which thou committest to them they will ruin." This proverb is proof-positive testimony that there were, in fact, oxen being circumcised in and perhaps before the Eighth and Seventh Centuries B.C.E. Within the structure of this proverb, Ahikar advises the purchase of a fat ox with a foreskin, and an ass with great hooves, as they are suitable in his estimation to be trusted with commitment. He then lists four things that ought not be trusted: - an ox with large horns - a tricky friend - a quarrelsome slave and - a thievish handmaid. The ox and ass are mentioned in conjunction within the quotation, and their symbolism is exclusively Judaic: Deuteronomy 22:10, "Shall not plow an ox [and] donkey together." The symbolism behind this prohibition is to remember to maintain separation - and particularly marital separation - between Israel and others. Within it, the ox is symbolic of the Jews (a common symbolism used throughout Judaic scriptures), and the ass is the impudent-natured "other". Ahikar (an "other") intends to convey Rhadamanthine barbs against Judaism, which may be the earliest instances of anti-semitism: - Judaism is wrong and inferior in conserving racist separatism. - an ox and a mule may be well-suited to each other dependent on their individual characteristics (a sluggish ox is no better at ploughing than a well-hooved mule). - Jews ought not be trusted unless they are "fat" (slothful, greedy, rich, etc.) and "uncircumsized" (undisciplined, separate from Israel, etc.). - willful Jews (oxen with large horns) ought to be avoided; they or others may also be tricky, quarrelsome, or thievish, and likewise ought to be avoided.

According to schedule within ancient Judaic prophecies, at the time of the "Rapture" the individuals "taken" are not the "good".   For the righteous there is a promise of a holy war to commence after 1000 years of blissful life with Jesus on Earth.    The "Rapture" is the First Death (en masse) of the less than acceptable humans, and the arrival of Jesus/YHWH on Earth.  Matthew 24:39-42 (Darby) 39 and they knew not till the flood came and took all away; thus also shall be the coming of the Son of man. 40 Then two shall be in the field, one is taken and one is left; 41 two [women] grinding at the mill, one is taken and one is left. 42 Watch therefore, for ye know not in what hour your Lord comes. 43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have watched and not have suffered his house to be dug through [into]. 44 Wherefore *ye* also, be ye ready, for in that hour that ye think not the Son of man comes. 45 Who then is the faithful and prudent bondman whom his lord has set over his household, to give them food in season? 46 Blessed is that bondman whom his lord on coming shall find doing thus. 47 Verily I say unto you, that he will set him over all his substance. 48 But if that evil bondman should say in his heart, My lord delays to come, 49 and begin to beat his fellow-bondmen, and eat and drink with the drunken; 50 the lord of that bondman shall come in a day when he does not expect it, and in an hour he knows not of, 51 and shall cut him in two and appoint his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth. A "Lord" is an individual who has possession of land, and some control over the people within it. Revelation 20 (Darby) 1 And I saw an angel descending from the heaven, having the key of the abyss, and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold of the dragon, the ancient serpent who is [the] devil and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 and cast him into the abyss, and shut [it] and sealed [it] over him, that he should not any more deceive the nations until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be loosed for a little time. 4 And I saw thrones; and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them; and the souls of those beheaded on account of the testimony of Jesus, and on account of the word of God; and those who had not done homage to the beast nor to his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and hand; and they lived and reigned with the Christ a thousand years: 5 the rest of the dead did not live till the thousand years had been completed. This [is] the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy he who has part in the first resurrection: over these the second death has no power; but they shall be priests of God and of the Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 7 And when the thousand years have been completed, Satan shall be loosed from his prison, 8 and shall go out to deceive the nations which [are] in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to the war, whose number [is] as the sand of the sea. It may be fair to interpret the "four corners of the Earth" as unknown and unknowable regions.  These are where the dead are kept in Sheol until Judgement Day. Paul seems to understand most of the order of operations of the Rapture, but fails shamefully: 1 Thessalonians 4 (Darby) 14 For if we believe that Jesus has died and has risen again, so also God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. 15 (For this we say to you in [the] word of [the] Lord, that *we*, the living, who remain to the coming of the Lord, are in no way to anticipate those who have fallen asleep; 16 for the Lord himself, with an assembling shout, with archangel's voice and with trump of God, shall descend from heaven; and the dead in Christ shall rise first; 17 then *we*, the living who remain, shall be caught up together with them in [the] clouds, to meet the Lord in [the] air; and thus we shall be always with [the] Lord. I am certainly not slow to correct the ignorance of the Impostle Saul.  He is the only author I am aware of that feels a need to add flying people to the event, and is in obnoxious ambiguity of what qualifies an individual as righteous or unrighteous with respect to the Rapture:  "...we, the living, who remain to the coming of the Lord, are in no way to anticipate those who have fallen asleep...".  This is the defining difference between the righteous and the unrighteous tillers, grinders, and bondmen - that they cared for themselves *and others*. The state of the Earth following the Rapture would not be the discarded clothing of good "Christians".  If a "Rapture" occurred, it would be self-evident that you: 1  ...are dead and become aware of it on Judgement Day (more likely, and what a moment that would be),  2  ...are alive, nearly everyone else is missing (and dead, but elsewhere), Jesus is on Earth and shouting, and things are going to be cool for about 1000 years while the less righteous sleep in the bosom of Abraham.

The prophecy of Isaiah does not necessitate exclusive patrilineage: "And there shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse and a Branch out of his roots shall grow." "Will spring a shoot the stem of Jesse. Branch his roots will bear." https://biblehub.com/text/isaiah/11-1.htm The authenticity of Jesus excludes human patrilineage.  According to ancient Judaic texts, the "Father" of Jesus was Elohim. Kings or Queens may be liked, or disliked.  They may be subjectively or objectively "good" or "bad".  Whatever the quality of a King or Queen, they are nonetheless a Monarch.  Herod was an Idumaean, and thereby unqualifiable as a "King" of Israel, under the laws of Israel.  Queen Athalia was regnant suo jure (In Her Own Right) of the Kingdom Of Judah. There are very few families that have recorded their ancestry from ancient eras.  Jewish families, in particular, have had particular difficulty in maintaining familial records.  During the holocaust, for example, one might imagine the attention to detail a Nazi soldier would have taken in the painstaking difference between the spellings of Zabrowska and Zebrowska, when registering the names of disembarked captives who were all but sure to be murdered.  The effects of that indifference combined with the power of the pen,  are profound.  There is only one family I am aware of that is able to trace its lineage into what is considered "pre-history". The Wycliffe Bible uses the word "adultery" 41 times, and Matthew 5:27 and 5:28 are rightfully not among them. Matthew 5:27-28,32 (Wycliffe Bible WYC) 27 Ye have heard that it was said to old men, Thou shalt not do lechery. 28 But I say to you, that every man that seeth a woman to covet her, hath now done lechery by her in his heart. In verse 32, John Wycliffe then translates two different forms of "moix-"; lechery, and adultery: "But I say to you, that every man that leaveth his wife, except cause of fornication [infidelity] maketh her to do lechery (ΜΟΙΧΕΥ, μοιχευθῆναι, moicheuthēnai), and he that weddeth the forsaken wife, doeth adultery (ΜΟΙΧΑΤΑΙ,  ΜΟΙΧΑΤΕΑΙ, ΜΟΙΧΑΤΕ, μοιχᾶται, moichatai)." The penalty of adultery in Deuteronomy 22:22 is death.  The penalty for adultery in John 8 had remained death: 3 And scribes and Pharisees brought a woman taken in adultery, and they setted her in the middle, 4 and said to him, Master, this woman is now taken in adultery. 5 And in the law Moses commanded us to stone such; therefore what sayest thou? Within the prohibitions against sexual impurity (see Leviticus 18), the standard of misconduct does not begin with touch, but with the attempt to "uncover nakedness".  This, is lechery. The avoidance of lechery also influenced the choice of words that compose the religious texts of ancient Judaism. Individuals - including Kings - who had committed sexual "abominations" were not only "cut off among their people", but excluded from "The Book Of Life" - The Bible itself. Between Leviticus 18:6 and 18:23 is a comprehensive list of sexual impurities to be avoided.  Verse 20 relays an expectation that a neighbour's wife is not to be "lain with". Verse 22 declares that - conservatively translated and interpreted - no one should penetrate the anus of a male Jew.  Between these verses lays verse 21, condemning those who "let pass any descendants through the fire to Molech".  This list is only about sex crimes.  Whatever is in this list can only be a sex crime.  Between prohibitions against sex with other's wives and in the rectums of male Jews is a condemnation concerning sexuality and children.  It can be no other thing.  This is the symbolic depiction of sexual assault of children by adults. The term "Molech" (which appears to be a proper noun) became a verb through the ages, describing the actions associated with it - to ***molest***.

According to ancient Judaic texts, there is only one list of 10 Commandments given twice by YHWH to Moses on Mount Sinai.  There have been other attempts to recreate or supplant The Ten Commandments when it has been "lost".  This, is a - mostly - interlinear comparison of two of those attempts, and the authentic original. *The Covenant Of Damascus* (italicized) **[THE TEN COMMANDMENTS]** (bolded and in square brackets) {another list of 10} (bracketed) ............................. ............................. ............................. *If they will not observe to do according to the interpretation of the Law, until the end of the wickedness, and to separate from the children of destruction, and to separate from the wealth of wickedness which is contaminated by a vow and curse, and from the wealth of the sanctuary, and rob the poor of his people (so that) widows be their prey, and they murder the fatherless and to distinguish between clean and unclean...* **[THE FIRST COMMANDMENT - MAKE NO OTHER COVENANTS Observe which I am commanding today I am about to drive before the Amorite and the Canaanite the Hittite the Girgashite the Perrizite the Hivite and the Jebusite. There  is only one list of the "Ten Commandments" in the Bible.
