I believe I have this condition although have never been officially diagnosed (not even sure if there is a way to diagnose it clinically). However it has led to some extremely embarrassing situations!

Iirc the SD does discharge from full battery a bit when plugged in for a while to preserve battery health.

However if for arguments sake I want to get the maximum amount of play time, would bank first then SD still be the right way to go? I’m asking as perhaps the steam deck uses more power when plugged in as it doesn’t believe it should be preserving charge?

I’d be interested in the science as well. From a purely anecdotal viewpoint I feel that it’s more of a groundy, sofa sucking high than when vaped… That’s why I always go for a walk after eating to maintain energy levels.
