Where I live is not super uncommon for people to drive an hour into the nearest city. I don’t recommend it, though!
It really makes me envious when I see how much Europeans work: my partner already works more hours on average than the average European, and then his commute is on top of that. Why are we here? Give me mandatory vacation and a job I can bike to ANY DAY.

I ate crumbled raw tofu (with a little salt) on crunchy peanut butter toast for breakfast. It was delicious. And tasted like tofu.
Usually tofu is cooked with a sauce, and it can be cooked a bunch of different ways. It takes on a lot of flavor.

Do you build from what’s removed from the fridge, and what portion of your bread does that end up being? Sounds pretty no nonsense, but I was under the impression that the feeding needs to happen somewhere warmer. I guess that’s not true?
There are actually studies that support this person’s point. There’s are correlations between the quantity of fluoride in water and non-neurotypical characteristics in children. There are also links between fluoride and small deceases in IQ.
Take a look at some studies and be open to complication: fluoride is good for teeth and prevents cavities in low doses, but it also has some potentially serious side-effects. We should absolutely be doing more research on this.
I’ve been trying no-discard-micro-starters. I keep 8 g in the fridge, and build over a few days to bake. Not sure how viable it is long-term but it seems to be working so far. Would love anyone’s input if they have more information about long-term viability.

I committed myself to a run this afternoon but felt weak when the time came, so i tested it out and only ran two miles. I’m glad i went out.
For me it is important to maintain momentum, so if my track record is getting a little iffy I’ll be more vigilant about going out and doing the thing and not putting it off.
