I honestly was willing to give benefit of the doubt but quickly saw he was truly terrible. He doesn’t have the personality to be a raiders coach. He never did. That became clear REALLY quickly. I have been trying to stay reserved and not get my hopes up because for all I know, we could lose every game the rest of the season somehow and just end up disappointed in the end. But I gotta say, I’m think I’m gonna let myself just stay hyped. Something feels so very different now. Football is a mental game and I think that a coaches 1st job is to get the players right mentally. AP apparently does that. He gets it. The players know he gets it and trust him. Just being in a good mood makes you play better. I don’t care if they lose. They are getting better instead of worse.
