@atomicpoet @breakfastmtn No they were and are already incorporated as a Nonprofit gGmbH in Germany since 2021. They’ve just lost this status because the Berlin Tax office withdrew it in April 2024 (they’ve got a new stupid conservative government).

I’m also not sure if it’s a great idea to put a new Nonprofit even if it’s just for donations in Trumps USA
