Never pull over for an unmarked vehicle. You can buy all those lights off Amazon and it is really easy to install red and blue lights. Call 911 and ask for an officer. The only time an actual cop driving an unmarked vehicle is going to light you up is if you are doing something really egregious like driving 100 in a 55, waving a gun around, driving drunk, or all three. Also be especially cautious of beat up crown vics that say POLICE and no real agency identifiers. ICE is doing this shit too but so are muggers and rent-a-cops.
Be familiar with the states traffic code on 1st responder lights. Dead give away to call 911 if it’s red/white, or all blue in a state where it’s blue and red for law enforcement.

The IIRIRA, according to the article, made deportation easier and harder to enter the country based on convictions. Convictions for a crime is key here because that means you had a trial by jury and found guilty after being accused of a crime. The Donvict declared arbitrarily that being illegal is a crime in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty. Nobody is even getting a trial and being sent to random countries. He made his own illegal loophole and using bits and pieces from every immigration law so people can’t keep up. Also from the article, the republicans started the bill and the democrats went with it so let’s cut the bullshit and inform yourself with less poorly written articles.

Well that sucks. I don’t know what their rules are, but having dealt with shitty HOA’s, if all the rules of the agreement were followed and you get their attorneys involved, their attorneys in most cases will tell those dickheads knock it off if the agreement was followed. This sounds like a violation on the HOA’s part of the agreement but again, I don’t know how it’s written. I do know if an update was pushed every single resident shall have received the update for it be valid and they shall have a copy of the agreement ready upon request. I hate shitty HOA’s.
