All the things just mentioned are not even in the same ballpark as the use case for this. This will still fit in your pocket. As one device. Obviously a full size tablet/laptop or BT keyboard would be nicer to type on but…they don’t fit in your pocket.
This is an instabuy for me.
It could be just dirt in or under the home button. My first step would be to take the front off and disassemble the button bar at the bottom and clean it/blow any dust or dirt away. Then reassemble and test.

Very likely just an issue with the battery. I have bought quite a few 3rd party psp batteries and have had a couple that just wouldnt fit right.
I plan on getting a PineTime too but it’s not quite what I really want hardware wise.
My ideal smartwatch would basically be a pebble with open hardware and software. I really prefer a non-backlit sunlight readable display and physical buttons.
I put my order in a couple weeks ago. Its not a direct replacement for my pebbles but I think it will be fun and interesting play with. Good price point for something like this too IMO. The openness is great so hopefully we’ll see it do some impressive things with some community collaboration.
There was a proof of concept sway based interface that I liked but it didn’t go anywhere unfortunately. Something like that would be pretty cool once the keyboard accessory is available.
I was happy with this decision as well. I’m impressed with how much plasma mobile has improved the last few months and I’m a fan of kde and plasma in general.
Pretty much agree with your points. Ebikes aren’t perfect but I think they’re a lot better than cars or even electric cars. They are good because they get more people on bikes and hopefully helps push cycling infrastructure in the right direction. Also, to the point about the limited range. Unless you live really far from where you work most people don’t need to go very far day to day so I’d say it’s still a good solution for a lot of people. I could see families that have two cars going to one and an ebike which would be a step in the right direction at least.
