1 year agoidk if you wanted a real answer or not, but: no, black holes are not pulsars. they are different kinds of objects. pulsars are neutron stars (or rarely, white dwarfs) that spin and emit beams of radiation, like a lighthouse. neutron stars form from stars that are less massive than a certain limit; bigger than that and they’ll become black holes instead. it’s probably true that not all neutron stars become pulsars.
