I bounce between not sleeping for more then 3-4 hours on weekdays, but on weekends sleeping 17 hours straight. And every 4 days i don’t sleep at all. Probably a combination of shift workers insomnia i never recovered from in the navy, delayed sleep phase disorder, bad sleep hygiene, anxiety, and manic like episodes.

There was this restaurant in California near base. It was only vegan options and by my recollection, was very popular, you would just go there because it was good, not because we were looking for vegan food specifically.
