I’m sure it will run well on the PS5 since it (usually) runs well on PC. I’m a Switch player and it’s definitely painful at times. Some updates were unplayable. But I remind myself that it’s a 9 year old computer now and hope Switch 2 is better. Hope you can play!

Not sure how far you got but season two is quite short. The first few episodes are the one offs but the second half does get into a story arc.
