Plants’ main objective is to make baby plants. Some, like cacao, peppers, coffee beans, have opted to be bad for some/most animals so they don’t get eaten. Turns out that humans are pretty metal and like chocolate, capsaicin (the spicy compound in peppers), and caffeine.

They all started as face up to me as well. The one that stood out to me though was the rectangular plate in the top right. That plate looked face down to me which then triggered all the plates to look face down.

Was in the same situation as you a couple years back and turned my laptop into a Nextcloud server. Stuck a terabyte hard drive in there and now I have a terabyte of cloud storage for my phone, laptop, and desktop for the cost of a domain name. Nowadays, they might cost around $8/yr if you don’t care that it’s a string of numbers .ovh or .xyz or some other obscure domain name.
