It’s a matter of how he loses the game he loses. How he and his staff adjusts. Does he offer a bunch of bullshit platitudes like JMD did? What is a long term plan he would have with the Raiders?

The refs were trying to finely tune this game it’s obnoxious. Even stood in the way of Crosby’s potential game ending sack. It’s fuckin Sunday Night bro, they have to make the game somewhat interesting or lose money. Period.

We can’t constantly reboot and rebuild. Successful teams are built through the draft. We know this. But our GMs and coaches seem not to understand, if we draft best man available. you can’t stuff them into a “system”. Your playbook will need to change constantly to accomodate the strengths and weaknesses of each player. Most coaches are too lazy to do this.

AP is breaking the mold by allowing the players more input into what plays they work best in. He is building a new custom Raider playbook and this will take several games. I just hope Raiders can be successful to have a decent shot at the playoffs. We lost too many with Jimmy G at the helm.

They were plants. I don’t trust Jimmy either. I don’t care if he cheers on the guys in the locker room. I don’t care he “put his body on the line”. He got a check, he had to put his body on the line. I implore the NFL take ahold of JMD and Jimmy G’s phones to investigate any conversation that may have occurred before he brought him over.
