How tall is it? It could be a water sampling station ,I’ve made similar looking things that sit in the middle of the bush, tapped into the water mains that run underground so they can get water samples for testing, but there usually only waist height.

I have 100 acres of it, full infestation from previous onwer and it is fucked, I’m having luck with burning it to clean out all the old growth then spraying the left over tuffs a few weeks later but it’s a huge project to do without proper equipment
