I disliked Jollibee’s Yum burger for the amount of mayonnaise(or whatever sauce they put on it). Sa sobrang dami parang tinakpan niya yung lasa at texture ng ibang parts ng burger. Sa bagay, dapat hindi masyadong mataas ang expectasyon ko sa fast food, pero parang humihigop lang ako ng mayonnaise.
It’s been awhile tho since I’ve last had it so maybe(hopefully) things changed?
Also pardon me as I’ve also just realized this doesn’t quite answer the question, but I wanted to put this out there.
Most of the niche communities I followed aren’t on here so my usage is drastically lower than before. I find Lemmy to be generally nice as a platform-especially now with infinity for Lemmy out, I’ve come to forget that I’m no longer on reddit!
Just wish that there was more to go on here. Memes and tech can only keep me scrolling for so long.
I admit, the cat was the only reason why I bought the game in the first place. I regret nothing for it, though I can see how the charm doesn’t work on others.
Jerboa you treated me well, but I must return home.
Barley Tea. Sure it has water, but what drink doesn’t? (Also I feel like my days would be heavily numbered if I don’t drink any water for the rest of my life.)
I use KISS nowadays, simple, if I need to open an app, I search it; no need to look for it on the home screen. More than enough for what I do on my phone.
That said, I need to give a shout-out to TUI Launcher. I love the amount of customization it gives you plus the terminal-esque functionality. I’d have probably stuck with it if only it had the search menu that KISS has since I want to see my icons again.
Syncthing. I get so much use out of it yet it’s probably the least naggy thing on my computer.
Only when searching about a particular topic or problem, whether I’m looking something up in a game or just troubleshooting.
Otherwise nothing, no account nor any browsing.
recently got my old psp fixed up, it’s made my family’s near constant outings significantly more bearable. tried emulating it a while back on my phone but it just didn’t feel right using touch.
Earphones, all of the headphones I’ve worn are too uncomfortable to me, and I like the portability. Speakers are nice, but I don’t like being a nuisance in people’s ears.
For me, it’s the feeling of knowing that I can do something that I know for a fact I wouldn’t have been able to do before. I’ve been lifting dumbbells since January and one thing that I’ve loved about doing so is feeling my arms exert effort without being tired, at least for awhile. Focusing on that is one of the highlights of my day.
And it translates to my everyday life too! Whenever I lift something heavy, I surprise myself when the part of my body that holds me back is something else completely, my arms don’t complain at all.
Back at February, my uncle gave us an elliptical that no one uses at his house. I’ve been using that 15 minutes a day, and about 2 weeks into doing that routine, I’ve noticed that my stamina has become noticably better. The one change that stuck out to me the most is that I can run up the stairs at my school without needing to gasp for air. Imagine that, a big fat guy being able to run up and down three storeys without wheezing a sound like that of a creaky door. No way I could have done that a month prior.
I don’t know how well you or the other folks here can relate to that, but to me, it’s what makes me continue my routine even if I don’t end up losing as much weight as I’d like, nor looking for fit as most would assume from doing this type of stuff.
Pardon for the little story I’ve typed up, just felt passionate at the moment and really wanted to get my thoughts out. and just to clarify, I havent gone to the gym so my workout is only composed of just me, what I’ve got in my house and some advice that I’ve heard from friends, family, and tidbits I read off the internet.
r/Writingprompts, I loved many of the short stories people posted there.
I have 4 main collections. I have favorites, multiplayer games that I play with friends, games that I have yet to finish but do plan on playing, and then games that I’ve finished. The unsorted stuff are games that I don’t plan on playing. Maybe I’ll get to the unsorted stuff someday, but not for the near future.
It’s simple enough for me to understand and manage.
