My bet is the other places you are seeing this are either Yahoo or MSN, which is just rehosting the Telegraph’s article. That’s the only other place I’ve seen this.
This is only half the story. When ProPublica reached out to Alito to ask for comment before publishing, Alito ran to the Wall Street Journal with the full text of the unpublished article and wrote an op-ed complaining about the reporting before it came out.
