This isn’t personal to you, so don’t take offense. If you do belong to this group, I’m sorry to say, you’re not well. If you don’t, I don’t know why you’re trying to deny that this is real science. There are four cluster B disorders: antisocial, borderline, histrionic, and narcissistic personality disorders.

This is the dark triad I was talking about. I believe that people with this disorder should never be allowed to hold any positions of power whatsoever. They have proven to be too dangerous. If you read about the symptoms, it’s pretty easy to understand why.

I’m describing Cluster B personality disorders. The science is there and it’s real. All these people should never be in ANY positions of power or over people. That is my point. They are too dangerous.

I believe that all concentrations of power are potentially dangerous because you never know into what hands that concentration of power is being put. Too often it’s concentrated in the hands of those personality types of the dark triad: narcissists, machiavellians, psychopaths. Those people should never have any authority or control over any human beings, and they should be prohibited from being in powewful positions. They are far too dangerous, and I believe that most of our world problems derive from these personality types.

Human beings are genetically wired to avoid problems until the last possible moment when they have to mobilize. The situation will have to get much worse before people actually take climate change seriously. It’s unfortunate, but that’s what we are.

I think that the government isn’t moving aggressively on this file because if they did, there would be a massive correction and many landlords would go bankrupt. It would be political suicide.

I think what they are hoping for is that the correction will happen organically and gradually so that they are not blamed for the fallout and so that the impact is diminished. The problem is, I don’t think that people can hold out and regardless, there will be some pain for all groups. The damage is already done, and fixing this will be painful.

A large segment of the population don’t understand the difference between a fact, an opinion, and a belief.

I’m a federal public servant, and I can tell you that in the 28 years I’ve been in government, this kind of leadership is very common. There’s no accountability because there’s nothing that really can be done in the current system. There would have to be a serious overhaul in how government manages poor performance, particularly when it comes to executives.

The Canadian tax payer is the bag holder here.
