Of course it would be easier for someone used to living in a stable first world country to integrate into a new one than someone who might’ve grown up without access to school or a stable environment. It’s about cultural similarity not skin colour. Skin pigmentation doesn’t affect anything but the culture you grow up in matters a lot in how easy it is for someone to integrate into a new one.
