Unfortunately no enforceable measures that I am aware of for residence of New England.
Yeah. I deleted my content and account. Next day content was back, but my account was still gone.
My goal is to get the Mordor and food decks. Then tweak them to be a Sarumon vs Treebeard set of duel decks. I’m hoping that can keep them relatively on the same power level.
I do think I would have liked if they introduced a partner mechanic like the stranger things one. Where you could partner, but only with members of the fellowship.
I built a [[Multani, Yavimaya’s Avatar]] $50 budget deck a number of years back that is just a mono green spell slinger build. It is pretty simple to play for new people and resilient enough to play with my normal group.
Being a budget deck I even run it unsleeved and get that nostalgia of playing kitchen table magic as a kid.
I could eat seven bowls of that!
Oathbreaker is kinda like a mix between commander and standard. The games are quicker, so it can work better as a 1v1, but can also scale to multiplayer games.
One other option might be to pick a time period and run the standard decks of that time. So if you pick something like a decade ago you would be playing with the original Theros and the Return to Ravnica blocks. Some cards from that time might have held their value, but cards like Boros Reconer switched from $30 while in standard to like $0.6 after they rotated out.

Any counter doublers or increasers with these two would go infinite if that is what you are looking to do.
For example with [[hardened scales]] on board you would pay one mana and tap the crypticfor two +1/+1 counters. Then you could pull both off for 4 mana and use 2 to untap and one to activate again.
[[Hivestone]] is a sliver specific ability to convert all creatures into slivers. [[Artificial Evolution]] is also a fun option for changing a creature type on a spell or permanent into something else.
