And habits can be mental as well as physical, how you think about things, how you approach things, how you feel about things, a lot of that is habit too. It’s hard to think about and even harder to put in the effort to change. But unless you’re one of those magic people that just always had good habits, it’s worth it.
Yesss. Easier in young age due to our brain being more flexible to changing. But, like you said, still hard because we have a lot of variables along the way. What happens with young people, with therapy, is having a insight but returning to their family, which a lot of the time is what drag them down. Adulthood, we are so used to being X way that the other way around is almost impossible. We can change in both cases, just start small and realistic.
