I’ll go first. I dream journal with an app because I type much faster than I write, and I can actually understand my writing because I write very messy when I just wake up. I use an app called DreamKit to journal my dreams.

I tried writing a dream journal by hand before, but my horrible handwriting combined with my extreme sleep inertia made me write in a way that would make most doctors jealous - Needless to say, I lost most of my dreams. I did try phones too, with note taking pads but too much brightness causes my eyes to burn and too little means I can’t see anything. Normally I don’t need to see my keyboard for typing, but when your motor functions are still booting up, not seeing the keyboard usually means ntow fo vmoa o,wqgq dw
Also recording my voice is out of the question as well- It takes 10 mins for me to actually use my lungs and to breathe without suffering I need to stay up atleast 1-2 hours depending on the longevity of my hibernation
