Brian Johnson will never be bad enough for us to fire him (statistically very strong offense), especially cause he’s so well connected with Hurts (knew him since he was a kid). I don’t think he’ll ever be good enough to truly turn the offense into a juggernaut, which it has the potential to be considering the talent. Him getting hired away might be the only way to get rid of him.
It all comes down to growth. Can Brian Johnson learn from his mistakes and utilize that to become a better OC? I don’t know the guy personally, so I couldn’t begin to guess how he thinks or perceives things. Next year, if he stays, will be a good test to compare.

Hopefully a team hires Brian Johnson thinking they’re hiring Ben Johnson, we get to keep our guy, and you get rid of yours. A true win-win
