    The survey equates the displeasure of shifting from a flexible work model to a traditional one to that of experiencing a 2 to 3% pay cut.

    It’s literally a pay cut. I’ve saved over $3k a year just on gas alone in my car.

    Who would have thought that having a flexible workplace is too prefer, rather than commuting to work and waste time on traffic?

      IKR? It’s good to have irrefutable proof though that the right people can be slapped in the face with.

    Yeah because it sucks to do one or two hours commute plus the loss of money for doing so just to please a manager and a director that needs to see me working to know that they do their job.
