The question everyone has to be asking, is how are we even going to be in position to take a franchise QB in this draft? We’re gonna win at least a couple more games for sure. If we win enough to not get. A good pick I want us to at least be good enough that AP sticks around as coach. He shows the difference between being confident and arrogant. I don’t want Harbaugh. Not because he isn’t a great coach, but because he’s an authoritarian. Maybe no one has thought of this, and not to sound political but this team to it’s core is anti-authoritarian. We’ve always been the rebels, the outcasts. The most successful coaches allowed the raiders to be themselves. I wish we could have a pic of Max punching Goodell in the face like Matt Millen. Pierce IS that guy. I just hope he can figure the decision making, time management and all the other nuances of head coaching. He already has the locker room and we haven’t had that since Rich for half a season. You don’t have to a nice coach, you just can’t be a prick every waking moment. Call out people when they need it but keep everything in house.
