I don’t get this plucky Spurs ravaged by injuries narrative. Their starting 11 contained no academy players today, all decent first team squad players.
I think it’s like Arsenal towards the end of last season. maybe they only have 5 injuries or whatever but several of them happen to overlap in the same position. Spurs started Dier (1st start / 2nd match he’s played all season) and Ben Davies at CB…
