That’s fucked up on so many levels. Any of the people involved could have stopped it from getting this far.

But apparantly “Who polices the state?” remains an open question and there will be little to no consequences for anyone other than the principal.

I’m seriously trying to figure out how that harpy bitch of a principal isn’t hanging from the school’s flagpole right now. And no one did anything to free the kid? Not even pay his bail? Why would a fifth grader be in jail let alone need bail? It’s legal for them to put a kid in solitary confinement for 24 hours and they used COVID as an excuse to keep him in longer, and no one bats an eye about how the past few years opened up the door to blatant tyranny and that poor baby is paying the price? 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

You know what it is? That kid was raised to know his rights and that scares the shit out of the scumbags that are trying to turn the country into an authoritarian hierarchy, so they’re desperately trying to crush his spirit as thoroughly as possible to stop him from challenging them and to dissuade others from doing the same – and they as adults especially don’t want lowly children thinking they have rights.

I really, really hope we rise up soon.
