I don’t think it was anything to do with him as a player exactly - he could fit in to Ange’s system brilliantly - but I do think his presence itself came to dominate things a bit too much. Given his ability, work ethic, and time at the club, everything tended to defer to him more than was entirely healthy.
As an example, I’d cite the fact that he was generally first in line to take our attacking free kicks - despite his success rate with them being… sub-optimal. It wasn’t Harry’s fault, but in some ways his commanded too much respect.
