Do you know some VPS services that offer decent DNS with API to add and change DNS entries? Unfortunately most I found myself have no DNS and the ones who do don’t have HTTP API to use it.

Cloudflare and Bunny offer free DNS hosting and APIs to manage it all, alongside with a GUI.
You really won’t find everything under the same provider.
Many of them offer DNS API.
Cloudflare/Hetzner etc.
