They’ve already got away with massively over exaggerating Covid losses, and selling the naming rights to their (at the time) non existent stadium for a huge sum. This charge might be a technicality but they’ve been absolutely skating close to the edge of what is morally or legally allowed for years now.

We didn’t sell the naming rights, we sold the right to be the first option. Basically right of first refusal.
