The proposal is an extra tax on corporations that pay their executives more than 50 times their average worker. The tax would range from 0.5% to 5% depending on the disparity in pay.

I like the idea, but I can only imagine if this was put into place that executives would come up with all kinds of clever schemes to pretend they don’t make as much as they really do.
