I can’t help with keycaps but what is that keyboard? What’s the connector?
It’s a Cirque “Wave Keyboard”, model GKB330. The connectors are PS/2 for keyboard and serial mouse port with PS/2 adaptor for the touchpad. Here’s the label on the bottom:
