Amazing how I am able to understand this by only knowing Swedish and English.
“Tasty in your hand”?
“Lekker” is a weird word for us; it also works as “nicely” in a way.
Afterwards it says “out of the hand”, which is an idiom meaning “lost control/went off the rails”
So it basically says " How was your weekend? Nicely lost control(/went off the rails)"
