The Netherlands will deliver more Patriot air defence missiles to Ukraine to help the country defend itself against Russian air strikes during the winter, Prime Minister Mark Rutte said on Friday.

    So, is it just literally more missiles to restock the launchers already in Ukraine? Or more complete Patriot systems? Even after reading the article I couldn’t tell.
