I dunno…people who watch football? Look at any list of the top players of all time and find the highest one that wasn’t technically fantastic. People don’t revere only great goalscoring, but great footballers. Pele, R9, Cruyff, Maradona…
Many players have scored a lot of goals. Haaland isn’t even as good as Harry Kane at his own job, and Kane does far more besides. He’s got a long way to go to be in any conversation as one of the greats.

Nah, Haaland is most definitely a better finisher, but Kane is just a far better all-around player
