      It always seems to put two heads or extra eyes on at least one fish. They do exist but probably not as adult fish and not with opposing heads either. I remember in elementary school they had salmon fry that would go on to be released when they got bigger in the lobby, and three separate batches had a double headed fish. They never survived though.
