    I kind of dislike this type of response. Obviously corruption exists but if we just assume it’s omnipresent then there are no consequences for it. We need to seek accountability whenever it is revealed to us.

      Well, yes. But if the issues with CapRadio are an indicator, our state’s corruption/mismanagement problems extend even to the institutions we rely on to help us hold our government accountable.

      The problem here is that the corruption is being perpetrated by non-elected officials. Accountability is harder to achieve when the people you want to hold accountable don’t answer to you.
