Uber drivers in Victoria are being kept busy by demand, but customers aren't faring as well as the service gets off the ground.

Can’t say that I’m surprised. It’s a new service and you’re not going to get like 100 drivers overnight.

    Yeah, I feel like people’s enthusiasm for Uber is based purely on how bad our existing cab companies are rather than any high expectations for the former. And really, the cabbies don’t have a leg to stand on given how mediocre their service is here. Hopefully the competition pressures them to improve.
