Hardly Instagram worthy, but here is my properly humble espresso this morning. Brewed on my used Gaggia New Baby, and ground with a Kingrinder K4. It’s the Trigonometry Blend from my local Artisan Roast here in Edinburgh. Not normally a fan of this blend but it was this month’s subscription choice for espresso, and today it was perfect 🤌

    Looks delicious. Does it just come out of the espresso machine looking like that? I’m sure you didn’t add any cream but that looks amazing.

      Thanks! Yeah, that’s it straight out the machine. I weaned myself off milk in coffee during a health kick a few years ago, and can only drink coffee black now! The beans are about 2.5 weeks since roasting, and still have a nice crema.
