Seven candidates will take the stage at the Ronald Regan Library Wednesday for the second Republican presidential debate, with former President Trump set to skip the event. Meanwhile, California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will face off in their own televised debate Nov. 30.
It’s wild that they are treating him as the incumbent, but what else can they do? He would for sure run as an independent if he doesn’t make the nomination.
