Pretty much the title. If you are, why do you remain on a platform that has become such a dumpster-fire of mis- and dis-information?
Essentially all this. I still have a Twitter account, but I only use it whenever a couple artists I follow post something because that’s the only place they put updates. I would love for them to move platforms so I can be rid of it once and for all, but I guess since a lot of their fanbase is there, that’s where they’re staying for now. Otherwise I avoid anything trending or news related, because it’s such a cesspool.
