      That’s vague and up for interpretation. I could definitely see some idiot arguing that it isn’t right wing because they’re a leftist. By explicitly stating it you make the intent a lot clearer.

      And it is an extra rule, rule 11, not just a clarification or extension of rule 5. I think that does count as having differing rules.
